Fazi Battaglia is a historic estate of the Marche region. Owned and operated bt the Angelini family since 1949, the Angelini family aims to to respect the environment and to promoted the local identity as much as possible. Certified organic, this wine contains no additons other than minimal SO2 at bottling and remains unfiltered. After de-stemming, whole bunches of grapes are fermented with skin contact for 5 days to extract flavor and aroma while minimizing tannins. Caramelized peaches and natural grassy flavors combined with notes of honeydew rind make this wine pair perfectly with gorgeous patio weather.
