Enjoy an array of the same hand-selected cured meats and artisanal cheeses we have featured in the shop for our recently launched in-house charcuterie program, at your home for your Thanksgiving festivities. Choose from a carnivore friendly selection of cured meats and cheeses or a vegetarian friendly, larger selection of cheeses.
In addition, all to-go boards come with Castelvetrano olives, Marcona almonds, Benchwarmer's bagel chips, Cornichons, Nutkrack candied pecans, and Lusty Monk ‘Original Sin’ Mustard.
To make your display extra festive – add a Bark + Brine charcuterie board, hand-crafted from locally reclaimed wood, and we’ll build your platter right on your new board!
Selections may include: Boxcarr Handmade Cheese Rocket's Robiola, Goat Lady Dairy Snow Camp, Chapel Hill Creamery Hickory Grove, Red Leicester, Pecorino Rustico with Red Pepper, Charlito's Cocina Campo Seco Salami, Iberico de Bellota Chorizo and Culatta ,cured Italian ham.
