Active in Chilean agriculture, grape growing and winemaking since 1740, the Echeverria family established their current vineyards and winery in 1923 in the outskirts of Molina, a town in the Curicó Valley. Here, they grow grapes from French pre-philloxera rootstocks, on their 80 ha of vineyards. The ‘¡No es Pituko!’ Orange is made from sustainably grown single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented with native yeasts, left on the skins for 60 days, and bottled without filtration or sulfur additions - this is a beautiful representation of what natural wine can be. Aromas of ripe peach, pineapple, and mango with a lush, textured palate of orange zest, apricot, and a fuzzy peach skin texture make this a delicious introduction to the world of orange wine.
