Time Place Wine Co. is a project inspired by the notion that wine is a reflection of a specific time, place, climate, and season, all coming together to create wines that are meant to be enjoyed and experienced with family and friends. Winemaker Jamey Whetstone sources grapes from sustainable, underappreciated heritage vineyards to help preserve their historic sites. This is the Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from vineyards throughout Napa Valley. Aged for 17 months in 66% new French oak, this is an elegant, luxurious style of Cab. Rich aromas of dark plum and cassis introduce a silky smooth, full-bodied palate of brambly blackberry and cigar box with chewy tannins and a long, supple finish.
