Third Course: Grand Tour of Champagne

Not just sparkling wine. No frizzante, Prosecco, or Cremant here. This is all true Champagne – meaning it comes from the place called Champagne - for the entire class, just in time for the holiday season! We’ll cover the history and terroir of this legendary region, the various styles and label terminology, and the producers who define one of the most storied and often-mimicked yet rarely duplicated winemaking regions in the world.

Cancellation Policy: Sometimes things come up, and we understand! Please let us know if you need to cancel or change your reservations to another available and listed class at least 48 hours prior to the start of class, and we can change your reservation, or provide a refund if you purchased the class directly from The Raleigh Wine Shop. Within the 48 hour window, please call the shop to let us know, but we cannot guarantee exchange or refund of your reservation.
