Although he looks barely old enough to drink, Paul Direder carries on the agricultural traditions of his family farm that dates back to 1849. Now, only in his late twenties, this winemaking prodigy studied his craft under the tutelage of another shop favorite winemaker Anton Bauer, whose own winery is just down the road from Paul. Crisp, citrusy and refreshing, Paul’s namesake Grüner finishes with a zippy mineral-laced finish. Already an outstanding value, this exceedingly glug-able Grüner is packaged in a liter-sized bottle giving you even more bang for your buck.
