Three brothers, two vineyards, one vision. Francisco, Javier and Luis Parra work two sites outside of the town of Las Mesas that possess a rocky topsoil that collects heat of the sun during the day to keep the vines warm in the cold nights of this desert-like region. They entrust winemaker Antonio Ponce to usher their organic and biodynamically grown grapes through fermentation and into the bottle. For this playful liter, the grapes macerate for 5-7 days on the skins, giving it that hazy orange hue, and aged in old large foudre to help the mellow, white floral, melon, and citrus peel aromas and flavors truly come together. Bright and refreshing, this meets their namesake gluggable style.
