Winemaker Faith Armstrong Foster created ‘Onward’ to showcase single-vineyard wines made using environmentally sound practices and native yeasts. Growing up in British Columbia, Faith rode a tiny boat named ‘Onward’ to school, hence the name of her wine series. Also as an ode to exploring the outdoors, she decided to can her Pet-Nat – making it lighter, easier to transport, and quicker to chill down. Easier to travel on your person and also on a national scale, reducing its carbon footprint! This Pet-Nat has soft elegant bubbles and is very dry with notes of orange blossom, brioche, jasmine flower, and candied lime peel.
