Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro

This small production, wine-based domestic Amaro is a delicate take on the classic cocktail essential. Floral and spice notes accompany the mild chichona and gentian, making it an ideal partner for sparkling wine, milder whiskeys, and lighter tequilas – or all by itself with a cube!

Recipe: Fly by Night
1 oz Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro
1 oz Suntory ‘Toki’ Whisky
.5 oz Oloroso Sherry
.5 oz Carpano Antica
Shake with ice, strain, serve with 1 ice cube and garnish with an orange twist
