LN Mattei 'Cap Corse' Quinquina Blanc NV

Following a trip across the sea to the Caribbean, Louis Mattei brought back his newfound knowledge of cinchona tree bark and its beneficial qualities to his home on the Cap Corse (northern jut) of the island of Corsica. Blending with some of his locally grown Muscat, Vermentino, and a local citrus called Cedrat, he created a quickly popular and delicious white quinaquina. While always inherently a little bitter, expect light floral and citrus notes in this aperitif. Enjoy on the rocks, with soda/tonic, or in your favorite gin cocktail!
