You may know Eric from comedy shows like ‘Master of None’, or sketches on ‘Funny or Die’ or his own ‘Check it Out! He works with Joel Burt to create funky, energetic, and balanced wines that represent the terroir of the vineyards from which they’re sourced. Named after the wildflowers that bloom in the desert after a very rainy season ‘Superbloom’ is usually a blend of different Rhône varietals - but this spring was hit with a bad frost so they took an opportuntiy to find cool new grapes for this vintage! The red grapes provide a spicy nose and plenty of texture, while the white grapes add watermelon and rhubarb notes along with a clean, mineral finish.
