This project is the brainchild of longtime friends Fabien Jouves, Germain Croisille, and his brother Simon. Together the families have about 30 hectares of farm where they practice both organic and biodynamic farming. “De Soif” translates to “thirst-quenching” in French, and this wine is designed to be easy-drinking and refreshing, meant to be enjoyed slightly chilled. Light-bodied and juicy this casual red wine entices your palate with dark plum, black pepper, rosemary and thyme notes.
