Jolie-Laide is a small, hands-on winery run by Scott and Jenny Schultz in Sebastopol. They work with organic vineyards and take a natural approach in the cellar - no fancy tricks, just great fruit and careful aging. Each bottle even features different artwork, making every vintage feel special. The Jolie-Laide Syrah is grown high in the hills of Northern Medocino twelve miles from the Pacific ocean is powerful yet elegant, violet and redwood on the nose finishing with white peppercorn and dense dark friut with a hint of the Pacific’s salinity.
