In the 1960’s, Pasquale and Maria Jasci fell in love with wine and began making it, mostly as a hobby. In 1980, their son Giuseppe and his wife Irma took over the estate and converted operations to certified organic. Now run by the third generation Donatello and Piera Jasci, the estate is still focusing on sustainable practices. This Trebbiano liter is everything you want when the weather warms up! Bright, fresh, floral, it’s got all of the makings for a delicious, quaffable wine that is eminently refreshing. Apple and melon on the nose lead you to ripe pear and a crushable, mineral driven finish.
