Fourth generation winemakers, Flavia and Giacomo, are dedicated to producing wines that truly express the identity and traditions of Sicily. They farm organically in order to produce healthier wines while contributing to environmental protection, animal welfare, and rural development. This is their Etna Rosso which comes to us from the small, steeply sloped, high altitude vineyards of Mount Etna. The volcanic soils found here in combination with the extreme microclimate result in wildly unique flavors and aromas that are undeniably Sicilian. Smoky aromas and flavors are balanced by dark, juicy fruit along with notes of grilled meat and spices.
