After crushing it in Santa Barbara with projects like Sandhi and Domaine de la Côte, it seems like a no-brainer that Rajat Parr and Sashi Moorman would seek out another inimitable location to grow great Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Enter the Seven Springs vineyard - a 40-year-old dry farmed vineyard in Eola-Amity Hills – a site long recognized as one of the best in Oregon. Sashi and Raj styled this cuvée after the nuanced wines that put Oregon on the winemaking map with notes of smoky black raspberry, savory herbs and great focus that brought Pinot Noir lovers from Burgundy and California coming back for more.
