Domaine Ostertag was founded in 1966 by André Ostertag. After training in Burgundy, he returned to his family’s estate in Epfig. In 1997, he transitioned to biodynamic farming and focusing on manual labor and minimal intervention in the cellar. Today, Arthur, the grandson of André, is helm of winemaking. This wine was aged for nine months on its lees in both stainless steel and old oak barrels, contributing to its complexity and texture. Its bouquet is expressive featuring aromas of bosc pears, almonds, and dried peach. The palate is full of refreshing acidity. Drink it now or keep for a few years!
