After many years spent as a woodworker in Grenoble, Winemaker Sylvain Liotard decided to search out a more pastoral vocation, and ended up taking over a vineyard on the border between Isère and Savoie. Here, Sylvain has forged his own path, while also staying open to the advice and tips from his friends and established neighbors at Domaine Giachino. Litotard farms biodynamically and cares deeply for the land surrounding him. His ‘Une Hironedelle’ bottling is naturally vinified, and tastes like spring in a bottle with notes of Alpine air, blossomy florals, and fresh herbs. The palate is clean, refreshing, delicate, and would be great on it’s own or with Alpine cheeses.
