Philippe Bravary oversees this small Domaine dedicated to showcasing the traditions and history of Chateauneuf du Pape. Farming less than 20 acres in the region allows him to strictly control yields and focus on organic farming practices. His wine is unfiltered, and sees no oak. It is instead aged in concrete and stainless-steel tanks, allowing for vibrancy and freshness on the palate. Rose petals, red and black cherries, and classic Rhone Valley garrique combine with velvety, well-integrated tannins to yield a beautifully complex yet approachable Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
