The Soard brothers trace their lineage as vignerons three genreations back. The history is impressive as the family has been winning international acclaim for their wines for over 100 years. While their forebearers focused on the local Muscat grape, Patrick and Vincent set out to expand in the late 1980’s and began vinifying a larger range of grapes. In addition, they began the process of transitioning the vineyards to organic viticulture. Their rosé is made partially from direct press and partially saignée method. It’s a beautiful example of a classic Mediterranean rosé with red fruit and bright but elegant freshness.
