Dolin Blanc Vermouth

The original sweet, white vermouth, this mildly flavored vermouth is outstanding with a strawberry over ice and makes for an ideal starting point for fruit infusions. Delicious topped with soda and a lemon twist or mixed with Dolin Dry vermouth to make a 'perfect' cocktail.

1.5 oz White Rum
1.5 oz Dolin Blanc
Dash of Crude 'Sycophant' bitters
Dash of Grenadine
Stirred, strained, served in a chilled Martini glass with olives or a lemon twist
