This Garnacha based vermouth is infused with 150 botanicals and aged for at least one year in Priorat barrels under a solera system. Cooling, woodsy herbs like rosemary, sage, and licorice are balanced by flavors of brown sugar, cinnamon bark, orange peel, and a soft structured finish.
