Sourced from high elevation, old vines. Hand harvested and fermented with native yeast. Finishes fermentation in the bottle followed by 6 months of aging prior to disgorgment. Aromas of cherry blossoms and grapefruit zest lead to a fresh, clean palate with energetically frothy bubbles balanced by flavors of juicy strawberry and ruby red grapefruit.
