In the 1960’s, Pasquale and Maria Jasci fell in love with wine and began making it, mostly as a hobby. In 1980, their son Giuseppe and his wife Irma took over the estate and converted operations to certified organic. Now run by the third generation Donatello and Piera Jasci, the estate is still focusing on sustainable practices. This liter drinks fresh with a little bit of body and is highly versatile with food. It’s approachable but still has some earthy tones to it along with cherry and plum on the palate and a gentle, easy-going acidity.
