The Santa Julia winery is a project created in honor of winemaker Alberto Zuccardi’s only daughter, Julia. The mission of the Santa Julia winery is to produce high quality wines with sustainable practices while honoring the environment and local community. It doesn’t just stop at organic farming, Julia also provides childcare, schooling, and fitness centers for their employees. ‘El Cabrito’ is a Cabernet Sauvignon made with minimal intervention - fermented with native yeasts, bottled unfilterd and without the addition of SO2. Dark, concentrated aromas of blackberry and leather introduce a full-bodied, silky palate with notes of black plum, savory earth, and plenty of spice on the finish.
