Bodegas Baigorri, established in 2000, was the first Spanish winery to join Fair’N Green, an organization dedicated to developing sustainable solutions that protect the environment while ensuring equitable treatment of workers. Nestled underground at the foot of the majestic Sierra de Cantabria mountain range, this state-of-the-art winery is surrounded by stunning vineyards, creating a harmonious blend of nature and craftsmanship. The ‘Mendi’ Tempranillo matures for 14 months in French oak, resulting in a full-bodied, concentrated style showcasing notes of blackberry, plum, toasted peppercorns, and dried herbs, all complemented by beautifully integrated oak.
