This Manzanilla Pasada is made from the traditional Palomino grape and is aged for 5 years by the traditional Criaderas and Solera system in American oak casks. Biological aging under a layer of flor provides fragrant aromas of salted almonds and overripe tropical fruit. The palate is round and lush with bright acidity and notes of lemon zest, tart pineapple, and an oxidized nutty quality.
