Sandy Cove was founded in 1990 by Allan Scott after he spent two decades working in the wine industry. His son, Josh, has since taken over and is still producing the same delicious and affordable juice. This Sauvignon Blanc is made exclusively for importer David Bowler and comes from certified sustainable vineyards. Picked at ultimate ripeness, it is balanced and elegant with high natural acidity that is typical of Marlborough. The palate is lush and textured due to spending a short amount of time aging on the lees. Intense aromas and flavors of ripe peach, mango, and pineapple with a touch of grapefruit zest make this a delightful Sauvignon Blanc for sipping on the porch or at the beach.
