Established in 1887 and maintained by a fifth-generation descendant of César Florido, the bodega is the oldest in Chipiona. Located on the west-facing side of a large cape on the Atlantic Ocean, it’s home to the tallest lighthouse in Spain as shown on the label. With the bodegas close proximity to the sea, Cruz del Mar Amontillado shows high-toned fragrant notes of sea salt and toasty almond. Aged for 8 years in solera.
