José Michel’s story started in 1847, crafting artisanal wines in a small village called Moussy in the Marne region of Champagne. Their continued style of well-crafted Champagnes have developed a cult-following among bubbles-lovers in the five generations of their production. The ‘Tradition’ Brut blends mostly Pinot Meunier and some Chardonnay that creates a complex wine with finesse. Semi-dry from a higher dosage - added sweetness to the wine after fermentation for balance - this wine houses delicate, aromatic bubbles of citrus and mandarin. A lengthy finish of lemon, grapefruit and beeswax slice through a broader style of wine.
