The village of Saint Hilaire, near the historic Pont du Gard, is situated on the rolling hills of the right bank of the Rhône River in the heart of the Rhône Valley. This is the home of the classic regional red blends that are renowned for their food friendly versatility.  This cuvée flaunts aromas of fresh raspberry, cranberry and plum fruit from its Grenache dominant blend that has been ripened in the warm Mediterranean climate. A finish with a touch of black peppery spice, refreshing acidity, and gentle tannins rounds out this flexible medium-bodied red.
