The Ordóñez family has been in the Spanish fine wine business for three generations. Brother and sister team, Monica and Victor, saw a need in the market for thoughtfully crafted boxed wine from sustainably farmed vineyards at an accessible price, and in June 2020 they founded Quadrum Wine Company. Their mission is to make fine wine more accessible and affordable without sacrificing overall quality through intentional winemaking and a commitment to excellence. This white blend is fresh, crisp, and aromatic with notes of white flowers, nectarine, and honeydew melon. The addition of Sauvignon Blanc provides hints of citrus and herbs - like Summertime in a glass!
