El Maestro Sierra was founded in 1830 and is still ran by the Sierra family today. It was the first and is still one of the few bodegas run entirely by women. Made with exclusively with Pedro Ximenez grapes, this sherry has a great nose of exotic spices and almost red fruits combine with more classic caramel overtones. With great acidity the wine is light on its feet and almost refreshing.

Pairing: Roquefort Cheese or Rice pudding with lots of dried fruits
