Cappelletti makes the original red bitter for which the region is famed, and with a natural red color originating from carmine. A near-perfect blend of herbal bitterness and light sweetness make this an ideal pre-dinner companion alone or with bubbles.

Recipe: Cappelletti Spritz
4 oz Cava or Prosecco
2 oz Cappelletti
Orange peel garnish
Serve in a high ball glass or a wine glass, on the rocks, with a straw
