Pray Tell’s skin contact blend, so lovingly nicknamed ‘orange popsicle,’ is crafted from Pinot Gris sourced from the highest reaches of Willamette Valley and Burgundian Chardonnay clones from Eola-Amity Hills. The elevated site ensures that sugar and physiological ripeness are in sync, yielding balanced structure, soft tannins, and complex flavors. Varying skin contact durations yield a vibrant copper-pink hue along with enticing aromas of candied raspberry and delicate pink flowers. On the palate, experience a refreshing burst of flavor with hints of zesty tangerine, earl grey tea, and juicy pomegranate.
