We have been long-time supporters of Paul D.’s delicious, value-driven wines, especially his liter Grüner, so we’re equally excited to offer his single-vineyard bottling. Sourced from the sustainably farmed Schlossberg vineyard, surrounded by acacia woodlands, the deep loess soil provides ample water to the vines, resulting in textured, fruit-forward wines. Rich, creamy aromas of white flowers and ripe tree fruit lead to a bright, zesty palate of crunchy pear and lime zest, with a round, lush mouthfeel and a long finish.
