After her father’s passing, Ilaria Felluga turned her focus to sustainability and hospitality, using these values to connect young wine lovers with the rich winemaking tradition of Collio. The region’s hilly terrain is renowned for producing exceptional white wines, like this Friulano—an ancient grape variety with origins dating back to the 11th century. ‘Amani,’ meaning ‘by hand’ in the local Friulian dialect, reflects the meticulous hand-harvesting and crafting process. Aromas of white pepper and chamomile lead to a textured palate of peach and nectarine, balanced by refreshing acidity and plenty of minerality.
