Produced from certified organic and biodynamic vineyards in the Loire Valley, ‘Bagatelle’ is a beautiful representation of a natural wine that still drinks clean, elegant, and varietally correct. It checks off a lot of boxes- made in concrete rather than oak with native yeast fermentation and bottled unfined and unfiltered. The nose has notes of ripe raspberry, black peppercorn, soft earthiness, with the perfect amount of pyrazine. The palate is on the lighter, fresher side for Cab Franc with vibrant acidity and softly structured tannins that are perfectly balanced by notes of red plum, cherry pit, juicy raspberry, and hardy herbs.
