The village of Saint Hilaire, near the historic Pont du Gard, is situated on the rolling hills of the right bank of the Rhône River.  Mostly recognized for their red blends, Southern Rhône is also home to Viognier, the most widely planted white grape in the region. Viognier is known for producing peach and apricot notes with a beautiful floral nose—all of which are expressed in St. Hilaire d’Ozilhan’s Prestige Blanc blend.  Honeysuckle and stone fruit on the nose are balanced by meyer lemon and a soft peach blossom palate. Balanced acidity and a medium body make an elegant, easy-drinking white that will leave you refreshed.
