Jean Pascal Aubron’s family estate in the western Nantes region of the Loire is known for producing world-class Melon de Bourgogne since 1843. Their vineyards near the Atlantic coast sits on volcanic rock that truly showcases Melon’s racy and fresh nature. ‘Contact!’ is Jean Pascal’s first foray into the world of orange wines. His old vine Melon de Bourgogne spends 14 days macerating on the skins giving this wine its’ glowing amber color, textured palate, and softly tannic finish. This is a beautifully aromatic wine with notes of white flowers, bee pollen, peaches, and tangerine.
