The Mabileau family’s winemaking tradition spans over four generations, but the modern story for this property starts in 1991 when Frédéric and Nathalie Mabileau embarked on their own winemaking journey. Frédéric initially rented seven acres of vineyards from Nathalie’s parents, where he planted his first Cabernet Franc vines. The estate expanded over the years to include nearly 60 acres of vines. The oldest vineyards, dating back to 1947, reflect the winemaking legacy of Frédéric’s grandfather. Fresh, clean aromas of soft red fruit and jasmine introduce a refreshing palate with vibrant acidity and notes of cherry blossoms and candied raspberry.
