Hobo Wine Co.’s Kenny Likitprakong has done it again, this time under his ‘Folk Machine’ label. These are a great example of the wines we get really excited about - a tiny operation, making very small amounts of artisanal wine, using fruit from responsibly farmed vineyards with a unique perspective. The ‘Parts & Labor’ is Kenny’s take on a classic French bistro wine and his idea of what California wines should be all about – easy drinking, fresh, and great with or without food. Black cherry and peppery spice from the Syrah blend with black raspberry and a touch of earthy structure give this vintage a little more spine.
