Béton, translating to concrete in French, is a tribute to the vibrant bistro scene in Paris where winemakers Kate and Tom became inspired to specifically harness the Loire Valley grapes grown in the Applegate Valley of Oregon for their own unique blend. A dusty, earthy nose of Cab Franc leads you to a palate with fresh pops of wild strawberry and red berries that finishes with more clay earth. Chill this down slightly and enjoy.
