Situated in the heart of the Valpolicella zone, Cà La Bionda was founded in 1902 and is now being run by the fourth generation of the family. They are a part of a growing number of entities in the region that grow their own grapes (organically!), vinify, bottle, and market their own wine. Their goal is to relay an accurate representation of their beloved home in each of their bottles. Dominated by the staple Corvina grape, this blend is filled with spicy red fruit, dried floral petals, and an acidity that leaves you coming back for more. We think this should make your “quick grab” list when you are craving a traditional, tasty, easy sipping bottle.
