This Blanc is a Bordeaux-inspired blend of grapes from two carefully selected vineyards - Sauvignon Blanc from Oak Knoll district and Semillon from Yountville. This particular bottle is made from esteemed winemaker Steve Matthiasson and aged in 20% new oak, imparting some vanilla.  It’s floral and grassy with meyer lemon and white peach on the palate.
