After working a number of vintages in Willamette Valley, Oregon, Australian Anthony ‘Ant’ Moore moved to New Zealand in 2002. There he studied the land and over a number of years purchased vineyard sites in prime locations around Marlborough. Ant not only controls all aspects of the wine from the vineyard to the cellar, but he also encourages other independent vintners in a landscape dominated by factory conglomerates by opening his custom crush facility for other small winemakers to use. The Signature series is certified vegan, grown sustainably, and produced on site at Ant’s vineyards. It flaunts expressive notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and fresh cut grass with a rounded and balanced finish.
