Comoz was the second vermouth house established in Chambery, only after the well known Dolin. Jean Pierre Comoz, founder, had worked for the latter before opening up his own operation. They are noted as the inventor of Blanc: the first crystal clear vermouth. Fuller bodied, semi-sweet, and significant cherry notes can be expected in this unique style of vermouth. This is perfect on the rocks with a fruit garnish either before or after dinner.
