Long time friends Simone Sabaini, a chocolatier, and the acclaimed winemaker Giusto Occhipinti collaborated to make an hommage to their beloved home, Sicily, in the form of Vermouth. Like its name suggests, a natural, low intervention process was used when creating the wine with spontaneous fermentation and native yeasts. The recipe used to create 'Naturale' is kept secret.
This orange vermouth has aromatics that reflect its vibrant golden color - orange creamsicle, warm baking spices, vanilla and wild herbs. Upon first sip, unctuous apricots and delicate jasmine dance across your palate. The perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness will have you coming back for more.
Naturale Orange is best enjoyed by itself, over ice and if you’re feeling it, a splash of soda water.
