‘Pink Gold’ comes to us as an exclusive collaboration between German winemaker Leon Gold and Super Glou, importer and distributor of small-production, low-intervention wines. Leon focuses on the importance of biological cycles and moon phases in order to support the wild balance in the vineyard. Certified organic and practicing biodynamic, he omits the use of synthetic agents in the vineyard and instead uses specially prepared compost. This delightfully tart and zippy pét-nat, made of Trollinger, is mouth-wateringly fresh. Discover notes of pink grapefruit, underripe strawberries, cherries, and wild roses with a mineral-driven finish.
