Cinzia Canzian founded Le Vigne di Alice in 2004 after nearly two decades of experience working with her husband’s winery and the Prosecco consortium. Inspired by her grandmother Alice’s osteria, where wines like this ‘A Fondo’ were enjoyed in a spirit of conviviality, Cinzia’s goal is to craft artisanal, grower Prosecco that truly reflects the unique terroir of the vineyards at the foot of the Dolomites. ‘A Fondo’ is made in the traditional Col Fondo style. Small, frothy bubbles, plenty of acidity, and flavors of lemon peel, tart peach, and a yeasty finish make this a super refreshing, quaffable wine.
